Every year people all over the world get to spare a few hours to commemorate the value of sports and exercise on National Sports Day. This is a day that has a main aim of celebrating the athletes and also pen down the significance of sports in our society. With different celebrations like the International day of Sport and world sports day, it remains a good time for one to contemplate on the effects of sports and to promote physical activities.
